Ma arvan, et maailmas on palju inimesi keda Forrest Gump on mõjutanud, ma tean, et minu sõpruskonnas on palju inimesi, kellele see film väga meeldib ja ma tean ühte kellel on see lausa kõige lemmikum.
Minule meeldib see ka, eriti sellepärast, et see on nii omapärane aga samas nii lihtne, et sul lihtsalt ei ole sõnu. Ja.. samas ka inspireeriv. Story of a lifetime nagu öeldakse. Lihtsalt väga hästi tehtud film (1994nda aasta kohta) ja no.. Tom Hanks on olnud alati sellistes natuke teistsugustes filmides aga mulle ta meeldib.
See film meenutab mulle ühte inimest, kes oli/on mulle väga väga kallis ja ma olen nii tänulik, et ma teda tundsin. Kõik see, et sa suudad saavutada absoluutselt kõike, mida sa tahad.. kui sa vähegi tahad ja teed selle nimel.

Väike sisukokkuvõte siis :
Forrest Gump (Tom Hanks) on täiesti tavaline mees, kuid ta pole just kõige teravam pliiats, samas puudutab see ainult teatud asju. Tal on head kavatsused ja keeruline lapsepõlv, kuid selle veedab ta oma parima ja ainsa sõbraga - Jennyga. Tema ema (mama) õpetab talle erinevaid tähtsaid asju, kuidas elus hakkama saada. Ja üks tema lause on kuulus sealt : Life is like a box of chocolates...you never know what you're gonna get.. mida kõik ikka tsiteerivad. Forrest liitub sõjaväega ja läheb Vietnamisse, kus ta leiab uued sõbrad Dan'i ja Bubba, ta võidab erinevaid medaleid - edasi läheb lauatennise vaimustus, mis tekib terves maailmas, siis alustab krevettide kalastamisega, millega teenib terve varanduse, siis viskab tal üle ja hakkab ühel hetkel lihtsalt jooksma, inimesed muidugi jooksevad järel, sörkimise vahepeal valmib SMILEY, mida me kõik kasutame :), samuti valmivad erinevad kuulsad kleepsud ja kuulsad laulud.. igakord ta teeb midagi ja siis igakord kunagi lõpuks viskab see tal üle. Ta mõtleb Jennyst. koguaeg... vahepeal nad saavad kokku.. aga Jenny on oma elu natuke metsa keeranud.. ja.. üldse.. lõpp on selline.. ütleks, et väga kurb.

Forrest Gump: You died on a Saturday morning. And I had you placed here under our tree. And I had that house of your father's bulldozed to the ground. Momma always said dyin' was a part of life. I sure wish it wasn't. Little Forrest, he's doing just fine. About to start school again soon. I make his breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. I make sure he combs his hair and brushes his teeth every day. Teaching him how to play ping-pong. He's really good. We fish a lot. And every night, we read a book. He's so smart, Jenny. You'd be so proud of him. I am. He, uh, wrote a letter, and he says I can't read it. I'm not supposed to, so I'll just leave it here for you. Jenny, I don't know if Momma was right or if, if it's Lieutenant Dan. I don't know if we each have a destiny, or if we're all just floating around accidental-like on a breeze, but I, I think maybe it's both. Maybe both is happening at the same time. I miss you, Jenny. If there's anything you need, I won't be far away.

*Tom Hanks kopeeris/võttis üle oma aktsendi noorelt Forresterilt : Michael Conner Humphreys'ilt, kes tegelikult ka nii rääkis.
*Tom Hanks ütles, et ta teeb filmis kaasa ainult siis kui kõik sündmused on päriselt olnud ning vastavad ajaloolisele reaalsusele.

Selle filmiga on sellised lood, et kui oled ta ära vaadanud, jääd veel pikalt mõttesse nende moraalide üle.. mis sellest filmist välja tulevad. .. ja välja mõtled sa selle, et ju nii ongi. see on nii kuradi lihtsalt kirja pandud.. ja see on nii ilus. Lihtsalt väga kurb ja väga ilus, aga samas nalja saab ka selles filmis väga palju! hea film ja no wonder, et ta nii palju oscareid võitis.. tõesti. Minu lemmik koht oli selles filmis tegelikult see... kus Forrest räägib elust .. (kunagi lõpus või nii), et : Lt. Dan said we all have destiny and my mama said we are all just floating around like a feather in the wind.. I think it is a little bit of both! .. ja mina samamoodi.. aitähhh Forrest.
